I am writing to you because we have received a communication from the tax office, as no cadastral update declaration has been submitted for the work carried out. We have checked the documents we have for the house and we do not have anything in this regard. Do we need to submit anything? If so, can you confirm that no declaration has been submitted? Furthermore, we have realised that we do not have any documents regarding the renovation (copy of building permits/completion of works, etc.).
